Again a woman’s name, Keiko, inspires us to create a collection which transmits the delicacy of the culture, as well as a subtle and exquisite beauty. Four chocolates make up our new collection: wasabi (the intensely flavoured condiment which only grows naturally in Japan), black sesame “Kuro Goma” (a seed with multiple properties and health benefits, indispensible in Japanese cooking), Matcha green tea (used in the Japanese tea ceremony and very common in pastry-making) and Yuzu (a characteristic citrus used in infusions, as decoration and to in preserves and sweet making).
