Sergio Gil presents the Autumn Chocolate Bar 2020, Limited Edition.On this occasion, he has prepared a very surprising proposal: A bar of Congo origin dark chocolate with sesame seeds coated in ume.The plum ume of Japanese origin, stands out for its salty and acid flavor; characteristics that pair very well with the tasting note of chocolate grown in Congo, which is fruity, sour and with an intense cocoa flavor at the end. When tasting the bar, the first note found is ume, then the unctuous aroma of sesame and finally the intense flavour of cocoa melts into your mouth.
