Orange blossom has quite an intoxicating aroma. Now, subtly applied and paired with the right ingredients, it can deliver glorious results. It has a citric touch that brings orange orchards to mind, of course, but it also exhibits delicately bitter notes that explain why it matches so well with sweet treats (as it happens in one of the Iberian sweet creations par excellence: the roscón). Our bar has its roots in that idea, pairing a smooth and balanced milk chocolate with a few drops of orange blossom essence, for a result as satisfying as it is surprising.
