The 75% hot chocolate is the most recent addition to our range. Powerful but without going overboard, rounded with a drop of natural vanilla, with it we wanted to offer you an intense but highly enjoyable chocolate.
The chocolate comes in "flakes", making it easier to dose and melt. Preparing it is fairly simple (recipe for 5 generous cups):
1. Heat 1l of milk or water until it reaches a high temperature, but without boiling.
2. Pour the 350g of chocolate and stir until it thickens and acquires its characteristic shine. The resulting hot chocolate is dense and succulent. For a lighter version, simply lower the proportion of chocolate.
3. Drink at will.
PS: for maximum hedonism, top the chocolate with homemade whipped cream and sprinkle generously our cocoa powder on it. Hard to beat.
