Since its appearance in March 2006, La Joya has been one of the chocolates most appreciated by experts and chocolate lovers throughout the world. Created using white Criollo  cacao cultivated at La Joya plantation in Tabasco, Mexico, La Joya was the first of our Cocoas of Legend. It has involved passionate research that transported us to the origins of cocoa and to reviving varieties that we thought had disappeared.
